About Ousmane Diallo

Ousmane Diallo was phenomenal leader who exemplified the key characteristics and spirit one wants in their fellow man. Ousmane stood in New York City as a prolific civil rights leader, policy advocate, and policy writer. He represented Harlem and his home of Guinea, as a devote man of the Muslim faith. Ousmane was a consistent organizer who developed policy for its growth and protection. If Ousmane was placed in the 1960s his life would reflect that of many of our great activist such as Fred Hampton and Malcom X---all who passed near Ousmane's age of 24. Being born in 2002 Ousmane, knew his calling was to be a protector of his people and leader in revolutionary change. Due to the work of our predecessors in the movement, several New York City government officials had the pleasure of personally knowing Ousmane through his activism. Ousmane helped the campaign of new democratic Congressional nominee Darializa Avila Chevalier, he was also loved by State Senator Leroy Comrie's office, Assemblymember Chantel Jackson's office, and led impact agenda's for both Reverend Al Taylor and Reverend Al Sharpton in Harlem. Ousmane left with a list of dreams, not just for himself, but also for Harlem, for America, and for the world.
