We fulfill our mission through developing a comprehensive private and public mentorship program. We work with young adults who are passionate about improving their communities and the circumstances of young people around them or that look like them. By volunteering as a Young Adult Mentors our volunteers commit to promoting a positive lifestyle and promoting their career through social networking platforms and working with youth, in small groups, who are interested in their careers or lifestyle. In these small groups youth get the opportunity to ask our mentors a list of questions about their life and career and gain direct insights through personally tailored life advice.

Day In the Life
Through our mentor exposure program we promote healthy lifestyles and careers. We believe some of the best ways to capture youths attention in this generation is through media. A lot of media is driven to promote negative lifestyles and demeaning culture---we reinforce postivity by doing the opposite.
Step 2---Connect and Grow
Guide the youth
Host or set on mentor small groups based on your career interest and experience. Listen to youth's concenrs and answer any questions they have about your lifestyle, career, and experiences.
